I was exhibiting at a trade show and had many tasks.
December 15th, 2009The company had a big event coming up - the annual trade show. I was in charge of all the planning and this included the event funiture hire and the Bar Hire. A big trade show such as this requires exhibition furniture hire and this includes carpet.
In order for our booth to look outstanding, I spent quite a bit of time planning the Event Furniture hire. I looked at several choices of furniture attempting to ensure that our exhibit booth would look good as well as be comfortable for the staff. I have worked several trade shows where the exhibiion furniture hire wasn’t done with the employees in mind and we were uncomfortable for three days!
So after looking through many Event Furniture hire catalogs and asking many questions, I arrived at the best choices for our exhibition furniture hire. I thought the salesman would kill me before I was through, but I wanted the staff to be comfortable and for our exhibit to be attractive to our potential customers.
Now came the Bar Hire part of the project. This can get expensive, so I had to be sure we had good brands that weren’t too pricey. It was also important in doing a good Bar Hire to have enough to drink, but not to have much left over at the end of the event. I used my past experience as a guide once again, and we had a great event!
