Business analysis is the trade in which practitioners identify the needs of a business and develop soluti9ons to those needs. This is normally carried out by a single office or set of offices within a business, which may be split up based on the six sub disciplines that are included under the superset of business analysis. Business analysis is extremely important to almost any business. Problems to which it is frequently applied include, for example, efficiency of processes, managing projects, identifying problems ion projects, solving those problems, and identifying problems with current solutions.
One of the best, if not the single best, type of business analysis training is p3o. Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices (P3O) is a type of business analysis training that focuses on change management training. This is a type of training that shows a manager how to properly enable and deliver change. One of the biggest problems with most managers is that they get lazy and go with established norms while there may be a very different and far better way to do things. Therefore, p3o aims to train managers to identify where and when change should be instituted and how to facilitate that change.
P3o training is an excellent credential for a manager of a company to have. While there are many other types of business analysis, including Risk Management and Prince2, p3o is known for developing very good managers.
